Clause 2
Section 377A of the Penal Code 1871 is repealed.
Clause 3
The provisions of the Acts specified in the first column of the Schedule are amended in the manner set out in the second column of the Schedule.
Clause 4
Despite the provisions of this Act, section 425A of the Criminal Procedure Code 2010 continues to apply in relation to an offence under section 377A of the Penal Code 1871 committed before the date of commencement of this Act.
