Clause 1
This Act is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment No. 2) Act 2022 and comes into operation on a date that the President appoints by notification in the Gazette.

Clause 2
Article 22 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore is amended by deleting the words “and Navy” in paragraph (k) and substituting the words “, Navy, and Digital and Intelligence Service”.
