In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires —“Board” means the Health Promotion Board established under section 3;“Chairperson” means the Chairperson of the Board and includes a temporary Chairperson appointed under section 8;“Chief Executive” means the Chief Executive of the Board, and includes any individual acting in that capacity;“member” means a member of the Board.
